- QQ Catalyst caters well to agents who do "agency bill" or collect fees by allowing users to create invoices or take payments on policies. This is better than any option Better Agency currently has since we cannot produce receipts or invoices.
- While the reports can be confusing, QQ Catalyst users can still create custom reports using pre-set parameters. This flexibility allows agents to create any sort of report for customers, prospects, carriers, and all contacts.
- QQ has solved the "accounting" piece by allowing agents to export directly to Quickbooks. This is likely an easier set up than using Zapier to send AMS data.

The major difference between the two systems is that Better Agency is a sales-driven AMS that will help agents make more money. QQ Catalyst is frozen in 2012 and wont go anywhere as long as Vertafore owns it. They are not likely to change, adapt, or innovate their product to meet the current needs of agents.
