Better Agency Conference Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

This sponsorship agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of purchase (the “Effective Date”) by and between the buyer (“Sponsor”), and Better Agency, Inc. (“Company”) a Delaware Corporation, and shall confirm the details of Sponsor’s sponsorship of Company’s Better Agency Conference to be held at The Avion Center in Chandler, AZ, on April 7-9, 2022 (the “Event”). In consideration of the rights granted herein, Sponsor shall pay to Company a non-refundable (except as stated herein) Sponsorship fee (the “Fee”).

If Sponsor wishes to cancel all or part of this Agreement, Sponsor must send notice of cancellation in writing to Better Agency, Inc. Attn: Nick Ayers, 2855 E. Brown Rd., Suite 22, Mesa, AZ 85213 via certified mail, return receipt requested. Sponsor’s failure to occupy exhibit space at commencement of the Event will constitute cancellation by Sponsor. If Sponsor cancels in writing more than 90 days before the start of the Event, Sponsor shall be liable for 50% of the Fee. If Sponsor cancels less than 90 before the start of the Event, Sponsor shall be liable for 100% of the sponsor fee. Sponsor is responsible for the payment regardless of the reason for cancellation. If Sponsor cancels, Company shall have the right to use such space or rent such space to another sponsor. Sponsor shall be required to pay the Fee even if Company re-lets the space to another sponsor.
