Privacy Policy

What we collect when you visit the Better Agency public website, contact our team, or begin checkout, what we do with it, and how to make a request.

Updated September 28, 2026

1. Scope and who is responsible

This policy describes information handled by Better Agency through its public website at betteragency.io, including the contact form, subscription checkout, and articles. Better Agency is a GloveBox company. The separate customer app at my.betteragency.io may involve different account, client, and policy data practices governed by the applicable customer agreement and product notices. This page does not describe an independent agency's own handling of its clients' insurance records.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the embedded contact form, our form provider collects the details you enter in the fields shown there and makes your submission available to us. If you continue a conversation with us, we also receive the information you send in replies. Please do not put policy numbers, payment details, Social Security numbers, health information, or sensitive client information in the form. If you include such information anyway, it may be received with your submission; contact us to request its removal.

When you start subscription checkout, this website sends the first and last name and email address you enter, together with the plan, billing period, and number of seats you select, to Stripe to create a checkout session. Stripe hosts the payment page and processes payment details; card numbers are not collected by this website. Subscription and checkout information may be passed through the existing Stripe-to-GoHighLevel process used to arrange access to the Better Agency app.

Information generated by visiting

Our website hosting and security services may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse. The embedded form is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect the form. Some pages load fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address and browser request when it serves font files.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry, understand your agency's needs, and follow up about Better Agency.
  • To start your selected subscription checkout and arrange access after payment.
  • To operate and secure the website, detect spam and misuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain records of requests.
  • To manage our business relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.

The form may present separate consent choices for marketing emails or text messages. Review the choices and disclosures shown in the form before submitting.

4. Who receives information

Contact-form information is processed by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the provider of the embedded form, and made available to our team to manage and answer the inquiry. Website hosting and infrastructure providers, including Vercel and Cloudflare, process technical information to serve and protect the site. Google may process a font request when your browser downloads fonts. Providers process information to deliver their services under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction, subject to applicable requirements.

Subscription checkout information is processed by Stripe, and the existing Stripe-to-GoHighLevel integration may process details needed to arrange your account access. Stripe's checkout page is governed by its own applicable notices.

We do not sell personal information collected through this public website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out method, including recognition of applicable opt-out preference signals.

5. Retention and security

We keep information submitted through the form while we handle a request or maintain a business relationship, and afterward for the period needed for recordkeeping, disputes, and applicable obligations. The exact period depends on the nature of the inquiry, the relationship, and our form-provider and recordkeeping settings; this website does not set one fixed deletion date for all contact records. Hosting and security records are retained according to the relevant provider's settings and our operational needs. We seek to limit access to people who need information to handle requests and use service-provider safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure. We do not use a website inquiry to make an automated insurance coverage or eligibility decision.

6. Your choices and privacy rights

You can review the fields and any consent choices in the form before submitting. You can control cookies or similar technologies through your browser, although blocking them may prevent the embedded form from working. You can request that we stop a direct conversation or marketing messages by replying to the message or contacting us.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to ask what personal information we hold, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate information, delete information, or limit certain uses. Some places provide additional rights to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, or certain profiling, and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

To make a request about information collected through this public site, use our contact form and identify it as a privacy request if the form has a message field. If it does not, submit your contact details and ask our team to follow up about a privacy request. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents in the form. For information an insurance agency entered into the customer CRM, contact that agency first; requests about a Better Agency customer account can also be raised through its existing support channel.

7. Children and family requests

This public website is for business audiences, not children. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit or use personal information submitted directly by a child under 13 through this site. We do not use the contact form to enroll children in a service, and we do not have a parental-consent flow for children to submit inquiries. People under 13 should not send information through the form. We do not sell or share information from this site for cross-context behavioral advertising, including information about anyone under 16.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 submitted personal information through this public site, use the contact form and identify it as a child privacy request if the form has a message field. If it does not, ask our team to follow up about a child privacy request. Do not include more sensitive information than necessary. We may ask for information needed to verify your relationship to the child. Once we learn of such a submission, we will stop using the child's information and promptly delete it from records we control and request deletion by relevant providers, except where limited retention is necessary or required by law. A parent or guardian may also request to review the information and stop further use or collection. If you believe a minor's information is in a customer's separate CRM account, contact the agency that entered it or the customer's existing support channel so that request reaches the responsible party.

8. Other sites

Links to other websites, including the customer login, have their own practices. This policy does not replace the privacy notices for those sites or for an independent agency's handling of its own clients' information.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site and its data practices change. We will revise the effective date above when we publish an update and give additional notice when required. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form.
